Camp Staff Application

2025 Information

HOW TO APPLY

We use the same registration system for both campers and staff. The system will refer to you as a camper, but this helps us keep all camper and staff information in one place. We appreciate your understanding!

Step 1: Create an Account

• Sign up as “Parent 1” using your own information.

• Then, enter your information again as a “camper.” This allows you to enroll yourself in our Staff session.

• You will be able to log back into your account to update your application/forms at any time using the email and password you entered when you created your account.

Step 2: “Enroll” and Complete Required Forms

1. Answer the Pre-enrollment question, “Are you applying as a potential Staff member?” with a “Yes”, and then click the blue “Save & Continue” button.

2. Click on the grey “+ ADD OPTION” button to choose the “Staff for 2025 Penikese Camp” enrollment option (this will be the only enrollment option available), and then click the blue “Save & Continue” button.

3. Skip over the question “Are you applying for a scholarship?” (for campers only) by clicking the blue “Save & Continue” button.

4. Staff applicants must complete the following forms:
             Staff Application Questions
             Skills Inventory
             Certifications
             Medical Questionnaire
             Contact information for 3 references
             Upload your resume/CV
    

After completing all forms and uploading your resume, click the blue “Save & Continue” button. Please note: you do not need to complete all forms and uploads in a single sitting – you can log back into your account and update your application/forms at any time. Only complete applications will be considered.

Step 3: “Check-out”

You will see a charge of $0.00 for your “enrollment” in our Staff session. You will need to read and agree to the enrollment terms and conditions.

After checking the box and signing your name, click the blue “Submit Enrollment Request” button.

Your application will be submitted!

Remember, you may log back into your account to update your application/forms at any time using the email and password you entered when you created your account.
